Interactive Awareness Program (IAP) - Unicis.Tech OÜ Docs

The Interactive Awareness Program (IAP) module provides an integrated learning management solution for security, privacy, and compliance training — all within the Unicis Platform.

Instead of managing training across multiple external portals where staff risk missing email invitations, IAP allows Data Protection Officers (DPOs), CISOs, and Compliance Officers to create, communicate, and coordinate training programs for their teams in one place.

Features

1. Admin interface for creating courses by category, adding content, and building quizzes to assess participant comprehension
2. User course list with status, expected duration, and success rates for all available training
3. PDF certificate generation per participant, including your organization’s name
4. Compliance reports for auditors showing pass/fail rates, average scores, and training status
5. Three default categories: IT Security, Data Privacy, and Compliance (additional categories can be added)

Administrative Setup

Access the training configuration from Settings → Training.

User Course List

Click Interactive Awareness Training in the left sidebar to open the course list.

Course cards display: name, category, status, and expected training duration.

Filters available:

• Filter by category
• Filter by status (To Do, In Progress, Completed)

Course Content and Quiz

After selecting a course, the content is displayed alongside a progress bar showing quiz questions remaining.

Answer each question and click Next to proceed through the quiz.

Course Results

At completion, results are displayed with your score.

Course Certificate

After passing a course, a Download Certificate button becomes available.

The certificate is generated as a printable PDF and includes:

• The participant’s name
• The course name
• Your organization’s name (configured in company details)
• Completion date
