The Unicis Platform Dashboard is a centralized hub for overseeing data privacy, cybersecurity, and task management in a single location. It provides a comprehensive overview of your organization’s compliance posture, allowing you to track tasks, monitor cybersecurity controls, and ensure data protection compliance.

The dashboard is divided into three main sections.

Tasks

This section provides a snapshot of your task management:

• Total tasks across all statuses
• Pie chart breakdown of tasks by status (To Do, In Progress, In Review, Feedback, Done)

Use this section to stay on top of your organization’s workload and compliance evidence. Tasks are the core unit for managing records, evidence, and compliance assessments across all modules.

Data Privacy

This section provides a detailed overview of your organization’s data privacy landscape:

• Record of Processing Activities — total number of registered records and their statuses
• Transfer Impact Assessments — number of assessments and authorization status (PERMITTED / NOT PERMITTED)
• Data Transfer Tracking — enabled data transfers and country-specific breakdowns

Key metrics include: total records, enabled transfers, and TIA authorization status.

Cybersecurity Control Overview

This section provides a focused view of your cybersecurity controls:

• Total controls across all frameworks
• Pie chart representation of control statuses
• Radar / Spider chart showing maturity levels by domain, based on ISO/IEC 21827
