Unicis Platform offers two AI-driven assistance features:

1. AI Chat — An interactive chat interface for instant, AI-generated responses to GRC-related questions
2. AI Assistance — A document and file submission tool for automated compliance support (on roadmap)

AI Chat Assistance

The Unicis Platform features AI Chat Assistance, an interactive tool for users to access expert advice on cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance. Built on OVH AI Endpoints through Unicis’s partnership in the OVHCloud Startup Program, this tool provides instant, accurate responses to technical and regulatory questions, powered by a privacy-focused, high-security EU infrastructure.

AI Model

AI Chat is based on LLAMA-3 8B Instruct, a large language model fine-tuned specifically for GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) use cases. The fine-tuning uses:

• Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) — teaches the model specific security and compliance knowledge and insights
• Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) — aligns responses with user needs, focusing on accuracy and clarity

Infrastructure and Privacy

Hosted on OVHCloud, the infrastructure is designed for strong privacy and data security:

Functionality

AI Chat Assistance provides immediate expert guidance on:

1. Cybersecurity — threat mitigation, best practices, and security strategies
2. Privacy Compliance — GDPR guidance and other privacy regulations
3. Regulatory Support — understanding and applying frameworks like the Cyber Resilience Act, NIS2, and the AI Act

How to Use

1. Type your question into the chat interface on the Unicis Platform
2. The LLAMA-3 model processes your query and generates a response based on industry best practices
3. Provide feedback on responses — this data is collected and used for ongoing model improvements

AI Assistance (Roadmap)

This feature is currently in development. It will provide a document and file submission tool that supports automated compliance and risk management workflows including:

• Controls implementation and evaluation
• Vendor assessments
• Automated responses to vendor questionnaires

These capabilities will make compliance and risk management processes more efficient and auditable.

Maintenance and Future Development

The AI Chat feature is regularly updated to stay aligned with the latest security and compliance standards and regulations. Feedback from users is incorporated into ongoing model improvements to ensure accuracy, relevance, and helpfulness.
